First, Christ Centered Living changes our attitude toward our circumstances. When we have a Biblical, or gospel-centered worldview, we are able to see our circumstances in light of eternity and God’s work in us and in the world. 

We can shift our focus from a human-centered worldview that asks, “God, why me?” to a Christ-centered worldview that asks, “God, how would you choose me to glorify you in this manner?”

This change in perspective allows us to approach our circumstances with faith and hope, trusting that God is at work even in the midst of difficult situations.

Second, Christ Centered Living delivers us from the opinions of others. When we prioritize Christ in our lives, the opinions of others become less important. 

We are able to focus on pleasing Jesus, rather than seeking the approval of others. As we grow closer to Christ, his priorities, passions, pursuits, and plans become our own.

We can trust that if we are seeking to please him, we are on the right path.

Third, Christ Centered Living gives us peace about the future. One of the greatest fears of humanity is the fear of death.

However, when Christ is at the center of our lives, we can have peace about the future, knowing that he cares for us and has a plan for our lives.

We can focus on loving him, serving him, and enjoying the joy of our salvation today, rather than worrying about tomorrow.

We can trust that he will care for our tomorrows and guide us every step of the way.
